Gerry Blair provides the knowledge, skill and personal attention and service that people want and expect from their attorney. Gerry Blair’s knowledge of the law and thorough preparation are the key ingredients to obtaining the best result for his clients. This is the basic principle by which he practices law. Gerry Blair owes his success to the fact that he works hard to know and prepare as much as he can to achieve the best results for each and every one of his clients.
In addition to his litigation background he served on the Walpole Zoning Board of Appeals for 17 years (the last 12 of those as its Chairman). This experience provided him with substantial knowledge and understanding of zoning and land use issues that enable him to better serve his clients in zoning, subdivisions and real estate matters.
Gerry Blair is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers published by Martindale-Hubbell and holds an AV Peer-Review rating, the top ranking in the LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. This rating is achieved as a result of the evaluations of his peers (other lawyers and judges) who rank him at the “highest level of professional excellence” as described by LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell.
